The Label Overview page gives you a single view of performance across your entire artist roster — all campaigns, all contacts, all activity, in one place. If you manage multiple artists, this is your home base.

Accessing the Label Overview

  1. Make sure you are in your label account context. Use the Artist Switcher in the header to switch to your label if needed.
  2. Click Label in the dashboard sidebar.

The Label Overview is only visible when you're in the label account context, not in an individual artist sub-account.

What You See

The Label Overview shows aggregate metrics across all artists in your roster for a selected date range:

  • Total sends — Emails sent across all roster campaigns
  • Opens — Total campaign opens across all artists
  • Listens — Total track plays across all campaigns
  • Downloads — Total downloads across all campaigns
  • Feedback — Total feedback submissions across all campaigns
  • Unique contacts reached — How many distinct contacts received at least one campaign
  • Most active contacts — The contacts who engaged most frequently across the roster

Date Range Filter

Use the date range inputs at the top of the page to adjust the time window. The default view shows the last 30 days.

Artist Filter

By default, the Label Overview shows data for all artists in your roster. Use the Artist Filter to narrow the view to one or more specific artists. This is useful when:

  • Reviewing performance for a specific artist's recent campaigns
  • Comparing activity across two or more artists
  • Preparing reports for a specific artist or project

Contact 360 View

From the most active contacts table, you can click into any contact to see their Contact 360 — a cross-roster engagement history showing how that contact has interacted with music and campaigns from all artists in your label family. This includes opens, listens, downloads, and feedback across every campaign they've received from your roster.

Sending a Label-Level Campaign

Your label account can also run its own campaigns — for example, a roster announcement or compilation send — under the label's own branding. To do this, switch to your label account context and create a campaign as normal. The campaign is sent from the label's subdomain and branding, not any individual artist's.

Availability

The Label Overview is available on the Pro Label plan with at least one artist sub-account added.
