DropTrack label team access is managed from the Label page for eligible Pro Label accounts.

Where Team Management Lives

  1. Switch to the label account context using the Artist Switcher if needed.
  2. Go to Label in the dashboard menu.
  3. Use the Team section on the Label page.

Invite a Team Member

  1. In the Team section, click Invite.
  2. Enter first name, last name, and email address.
  3. Choose which accounts in the label family the user should access. This can include the label account and/or artist sub-accounts.
  4. Click Invite.

Manage Access

The Team table shows each user and the accounts they can access. Use Edit to change account access, or the remove action to remove the user from all label accounts.

Access Scope

  • Label account access - The user can work in the label account context and any label-level tools their permissions allow.
  • Artist sub-account access - The user can work only in the artist accounts selected for them.
  • Mixed access - A user can be granted access to any combination of label and artist accounts.
