Your DropTrack email and notification settings control which account updates you receive and how campaign emails appear to recipients.
Where to Find Email Settings
- Open your dashboard.
- Go to Profile > User Settings.
- Update the checkboxes or sending identity.
- Click Save Changes.
Activity Reports
You can turn these account summary emails on or off independently:
- Send me weekly activity updates - weekly account activity summary.
- Send me monthly activity reports - monthly account activity summary, including the monthly feedback CSV when available.
Email Notifications
Under Send Email Notifications When, you can choose which activity should email you:
- You receive new feedback - sends an alert when listeners submit feedback.
- A new contact joins your list - sends an alert when someone is added through a signup flow.
- A campaign is opened, a track is played, or a playlist is downloaded - sends engagement notifications for campaign activity.
- Campaign nudges send me email updates - allows DropTrack campaign follow-up nudges and follow-up digest events to be sent for your campaigns when CRM follow-ups are enabled.
Campaign Nudge Emails
Campaign nudge emails are part of Campaign Follow-ups. When this setting is on and CRM follow-ups are available for your account, DropTrack can queue eligible follow-up nudges for contacts based on campaign engagement and send you weekly campaign recap emails.
When this setting is off, DropTrack does not publish campaign follow-up nudge or weekly digest events for campaigns owned by your user account. Existing campaign analytics and contact engagement history remain available.
Send Campaigns As
The Send Campaigns As setting controls the sender identity used for campaign emails:
- Your company or artist profile email.
- Your user account email.
- DropTrack (noreply@droptrack.com), which can help if you are having deliverability issues.
This setting affects how future campaign emails are sent. It does not rewrite campaigns that were already sent.
Multiple Users on a Label Account
Most user notification preferences are personal to each user. If multiple team members use the same label account, each person can choose which account updates they receive.
