Premium Contact Lists give DropTrack Pro accounts a genre-matched music-industry starting point. You can combine those lists with contacts you add or import yourself. Learn about Premium Contact Lists.
Add a Contact Manually
- Go to Contacts > Contacts.
- Click Add Contact.
- Enter the contact details. Email is the most important field.
- Optionally assign the contact to one or more contact lists.
- Click Save Contact.

Manage Contacts
Open a contact to edit details, copy the contact's promo link, manage subscription status, and view engagement history such as email opens, playlist views, track plays, downloads, and feedback. When Campaign Followups are enabled for your account, contact pages can also show related campaign activity and follow-up history.
Contact Page Tabs
- Overview - edit contact details, notes, subscription status, and promo link.
- Lists - add or remove the contact from contact lists.
- Nudges - see whether campaign follow-up nudges are active for this contact, which campaigns are tracking their activity, and any automated nudges DropTrack has already sent.
- Activity - review email opens, playlist views, track plays, downloads, and feedback.
You can share or bookmark the page while viewing any of these tabs.
