Playlists group tracks with artwork, descriptions, images, documents, and shareable links.

The Playlists Page

Promotion > Playlists shows all your playlists. The page includes:

  • A Promote Your Music strip at the top with quick links to Analyze, Press Release, Submit, Playlists, and Ads.
  • A search box and filters to find a playlist by name or recent activity.
  • A Create Playlist button.
  • A per-row Start Campaign quick action so you can promote a playlist without opening it first.

Create a Playlist

  1. Go to Promotion > Playlists.
  2. Click Create Playlist.
  3. Enter a name and description.
  4. Upload artwork or choose existing artwork when available.
  5. Click Create Playlist or Save Changes, depending on where you are in the flow.

You can also create a playlist automatically by importing a Spotify album. See Spotify Track & Album Support.

The Playlist Page

When you open a playlist, a hero strip at the top shows the artwork, name, and quick actions: Share, Preview, Start a Campaign, and a more menu for ZIP and PDF downloads. Below the hero, the playlist is organized into tabs:

  • Tracks (default) - the Playlist Tracks table where you add, reorder, and remove tracks.
  • Promote - action cards for Start Campaign, Share / Get Link, Submit to Industry, and Ads, plus your existing playlist links and the Create a Playlist Link form.
  • Details - edit the playlist name, artwork, and description, and manage Playlist Images and Playlist Documents.
  • Analytics - see how the playlist is performing: plays, downloads, views, feedback, comments, and where listeners are located.
  • Preview - opens the public playlist page in a new tab.

Manage Playlist Content

  • On the Tracks tab, click Add Track to add tracks from your library.
  • Drag tracks in the Playlist Tracks table to reorder them.
  • On the Details tab, use Playlist Images and Playlist Documents to attach supporting media and files.
  • Click Save Changes after editing the playlist name, artwork, or description.

Share a Playlist

You can share playlists through email campaigns or by creating playlist links. The Promote tab includes a Create a Playlist Link section where you can create a unique shortlink and choose options such as downloads, signup before download, sharing, and feedback before download.
