DropTrack sends two automatic email summaries of your account activity so you can see how your music is performing without having to log in every day.

What You'll Get

  • Weekly Activity Report - sent every Monday morning. Covers the previous 7 days: plays, downloads, playlist views, top track, recent feedback, submission inbox activity, and any campaigns you sent.
  • Monthly Activity Report - sent on the 1st of each month. Covers the previous calendar month and includes a downloadable CSV of all the feedback you received - rating, contact, message, favorite track, and campaign - so you can sort it in Excel or Google Sheets.

When You'll Receive Them

Both reports are activity-based: if your account had no plays, downloads, playlist views, feedback, demo/promo submissions, or campaign activity in the period, no email is sent. Setup-only changes such as importing contacts may appear as extra context in a report, but they do not trigger a report by themselves.

The CSV Download (Monthly)

The monthly email includes a download link to a spreadsheet of every feedback entry from the prior month. The link works for 7 days after the email is sent. Open it in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. Columns include the date, contact name and email, rating, supporting yes/no, favorite track, campaign, and the full message.

Turning Them On or Off

  1. Open your dashboard and go to Profile > User Settings.
  2. Toggle Send me weekly activity reports and/or Send me monthly activity reports.
  3. Save.

Both are on by default for new accounts.

Multiple Users on a Label Account

If your company has multiple team members, each person controls their own preference. One team member opting out does not affect the others.

Not Receiving Them?

  • Check your spam/junk folder and add support@droptrack.com to your safe senders.
  • Make sure the relevant toggle is on in Profile > User Settings.
  • Confirm your account had report-worthy activity in the period. Reports are skipped for quiet periods.
  • If you still do not see it, contact support.
