How the Ads Wallet Works

Every DropTrack account has an ads wallet that holds ad credit for campaigns. When you pay for an ad campaign, the ad-budget portion is credited to your wallet and allocated to campaign spend over time.

Pricing & Fees

Each ads purchase has two components:

ComponentAmountPurpose
Ad BudgetYour selected amountApplied to campaign delivery
Service Fee15% of ad budgetPlatform, delivery, and analytics operations

Total charged = Ad Budget + Service Fee.

Example ($100 Budget)

  • Ad Budget: $100
  • Service Fee: $15
  • Total Charged: $115

Pro Bonus: +10% Ad Credit

Pro subscribers receive +10% extra ad credit on purchases.

  • $100 purchase becomes $110 in ad spend
  • Service fee is still calculated from the selected budget

Adding Funds

You can add funds to a running or paused campaign at any time via Add Funds. Preset options are $50, $100, and $500, with custom amounts also supported. Service fee and Pro bonus rules apply to top-ups as well.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via Braintree. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Charges are one-time per purchase (no recurring subscription billing for ads).

Low Balance Warnings

When available balance drops relative to campaign daily spend, the dashboard shows a low-balance warning so you can top up before delivery pauses.

Label Shared Wallet (Pro Label)

Pro Label accounts can enable a shared ads wallet so artist sub-accounts draw from a single label-level balance. If disabled, each artist manages its own wallet.

Refunds

Purchases are generally non-refundable once delivery starts. If a campaign cannot run due to a platform issue, contact support for case-by-case review.

Transaction History

Your wallet view includes a full ledger of purchases, spend drawdowns, and credits with date and amount details.
