How the Ad Campaigns Wallet Works
Every DropTrack account has an ad campaigns wallet that holds ad credit for paid campaigns. When you pay for an ad campaign, the ad-budget portion is credited to the wallet and spent on your campaign over time.
Pricing and Fees
- Ad Budget - Your selected campaign budget, applied to campaign delivery.
- Service Fee - 15% of the ad budget.
- Total charged - Ad budget plus service fee.
Example: a $100 budget plus a $15 service fee equals $115 charged.
Pro Bonus
Pro subscribers receive +10% extra ad credit on purchases. A $100 budget becomes $110 in ad spend, while the service fee is still calculated from the selected budget.
Adding Funds
You can add funds to a running or paused campaign with Add Funds. Preset options are $50, $100, and $500, with custom amounts also supported. Service fee and Pro bonus rules apply to top-ups.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Ad campaign charges are one-time purchases, not recurring subscription billing.
Low Balance Warnings
When available balance drops relative to campaign daily spend, the Ad Campaigns dashboard can show a low-balance warning so you can add funds before delivery pauses.
Label Shared Wallet
Eligible Pro Label accounts can enable a shared ad campaigns wallet so artist sub-accounts draw from a single label-level balance. If disabled, each artist manages its own wallet.
Transaction History
The wallet view includes a ledger of purchases, spending, and credits with date and amount details.
