DropTrack has a strict anti-spam policy. All emails sent through DropTrack are fully CAN-SPAM compliant.

Our Policy

  • All campaign emails include an unsubscribe link. When a contact clicks it, they are automatically removed from future mailings.
  • You may only send to contacts who have been opted in to your mailing list. Purchasing third-party email lists from outside DropTrack and uploading them is against our terms of service.
  • Contacts can also report spam directly. If they do, we investigate and ensure they are removed from your list.

What Happens If You Violate the Policy

Accounts that generate spam complaints may be suspended or terminated. DropTrack monitors bounce rates and spam reports to maintain high deliverability for all users.

Best Practices

  • Only send to people who expect to hear from you.
  • Use clear, honest subject lines.
  • Make it easy for contacts to unsubscribe (DropTrack does this automatically).
  • Remove bounced and invalid email addresses from your lists.

Premium Contacts

Contacts purchased through DropTrack's Premium Contact Lists are pre-verified industry professionals and are compliant for use in DropTrack campaigns.
