DropTrack uses passwordless login - no password to create, remember, or reset.
How to Log In
- Go to cloud.droptrack.com/login.
- Enter your email address and click Login.
- Check your inbox for the email from DropTrack.
- Copy the login code from the email.
- Return to the login page, enter the code, and click Verify.
If you are creating a new account, the same email-code flow verifies your email before you complete account activation.
Alternative Login Methods
Where available, you can also use the social login buttons on the login page:
- Google - Click Continue with Google.
- Facebook - Click Continue with Facebook.
Google may be hidden in some embedded browsers that do not support the required popup flow.
Troubleshooting
- Didn't receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from DropTrack. If you still do not see it, click Resend code or enter your email again to request a new code.
- Code expired or invalid? Request a new code and enter the newest code from your inbox.
- Using a different email? Make sure you are entering the same email address you used to sign up.
