DropTrack lets you receive music submissions (demos, promos, etc.) through your own branded submission page. You can use this whether you're a record label, radio station, blog, DJ, or playlist curator.

How to Enable Submissions

  1. Go to your Submission Settings page (under Settings or Demos in the sidebar).
  2. Toggle Enable Submissions on.
  3. Configure your settings:
    • Submission instructions - Tell submitters what you're looking for.
    • Preferred genres - Help submitters know if their music is a good fit.
    • Track limit - Set how many tracks per submission.
    • Notifications - Get notified when new music is submitted.
    • Public directory - Toggle whether you appear in the DropTrack public directory.
  4. Click Save.

Your Submission Page

Once enabled, your submission page is live at:

  • yourname.droptrack.com/submit or yourname.droptrack.com/demo (both work)

The page is responsive and works on all devices.

Get Paid for Listening

You can optionally charge a fee for each submission:

  1. In Submission Settings, toggle Get Paid to Listen.
  2. Set your price per submission (e.g., $1, $5, $20).
  3. Choose whether payment is optional or required.

This helps filter for serious submitters and creates a new revenue stream.
