DropTrack Premium Contact Lists help artists and labels find music-industry contacts by role and genre. The Premium Contacts page in your account shows which lists are included with your current plan and which additional lists are available to purchase.

What Are Premium Contacts?

Premium Contact Lists are organized collections of music-industry contact information, filtered by:

  • Type - Labels/A&R, DJs and radio stations, music blogs, music supervisors, and playlist curators
  • Genre - House, hip-hop, pop, electronic, rock, and more

Contact details and professional activity can change. A list does not guarantee that every address is current, that a message will be delivered, or that a recipient will listen or respond.

What Is Included with Pro?

Included lists depend on your current plan and account type. Check Contacts > Premium Contacts for the exact genres and contact types available to your account. If you need another audience, the same page shows any available add-on lists, their price, and when they will be added to your account before you complete checkout.

How to Access Premium Contacts

  1. In your dashboard, go to Contacts > Premium Contacts.
  2. Review the contact types and genres available.
  3. If included lists are active, use them in campaigns like your other contact lists.
  4. To add more lists, select the contact types and genres you want, then complete checkout. If you are not on Pro yet, DropTrack will ask you to upgrade before using premium contacts.

How Is This Different from the Browse Directory?

  • Browse Directory - Free. Search for contacts who have DropTrack accounts and are accepting public submissions. You submit to them individually.
  • Premium Contacts - Plan-dependent and optional add-on contact lists for campaign outreach. The Premium Contacts page shows the exact availability for your account.

Tips

  • Choose lists that match your genre closely for the best engagement.
  • Personalize your campaign message. Don't send a generic blast to new contacts.
  • Introduce yourself and your music before asking for anything.
  • Review each audience and follow the Anti-Spam Policy. A Premium Contact List does not remove your responsibility to send relevant, lawful outreach.
