Use DropTrack as the Sender
On your Account Settings page, change "Send Campaigns As" to DropTrack. This uses DropTrack's authenticated sending domain, which has a strong reputation with email providers.
Additional Tips
- Keep your contact list clean - Remove bounced or invalid email addresses. Sending to bad addresses hurts your deliverability.
- Avoid spammy language - Don't use ALL CAPS, excessive exclamation marks, or phrases like "FREE" or "ACT NOW" in your subject lines.
- Be consistent - Send campaigns regularly so email providers recognize your sending patterns.
- Personalize your messages - Generic, mass-email-looking messages are more likely to be flagged. Use the contact's name and reference their interests.
- Honor unsubscribes - DropTrack automatically handles unsubscribes. All campaigns are CAN-SPAM compliant with unsubscribe links included.
