How to Duplicate a Campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns in the sidebar.
  2. Find the campaign you want to duplicate.
  3. Click the Duplicate button (green button) on the right side of the campaign row.
  4. A copy of the campaign is created with all the same settings - message, playlist, options.
  5. Edit the recipients to choose your new contacts or lists.
  6. Make any other changes you'd like (message, subject, settings).
  7. Send or schedule the duplicated campaign.

When to Use This

  • You want to send the same release to a different contact list (e.g., DJs after bloggers).
  • You want to resend to contacts who didn't open the first time.
  • You're running a multi-wave promo campaign with the same music.
