Duplicating an email campaign creates a new draft using the same base campaign setup, which is useful when sending the same release to another group of contacts.
Duplicate a Campaign
If the campaign appears on your Dashboard, select Use this campaign again below its name. This opens the same duplicate flow with the campaign already chosen.
- Go to Promotion > Campaigns.
- Find the email campaign you want to duplicate.
- Click the green circular + button at the end of the campaign row.
- Enter a name for the new campaign. DropTrack suggests a name such as Duplicate of [campaign name].
- Click Duplicate campaign.
- Open the duplicated campaign, review the settings and recipients, then send or schedule it.
Submission campaign rows do not show the duplicate button.
