DropTrack supports a variety of file formats for audio, images, and documents.

Audio Formats

  • .MP3 - The most widely used audio format. Good balance of quality and file size.
  • .WAV - Uncompressed audio. Highest quality, largest file size.
  • .AIFF - Uncompressed audio (Apple format). Equivalent quality to WAV.

Image Formats

  • .JPG / .JPEG
  • .PNG
  • .GIF

Images are used for album artwork, profile photos, and documents attached to playlists.

Document Formats

  • .PDF
  • .DOC / .DOCX
  • .TXT
  • .RTF

Documents can be attached to playlists to include press releases, EPKs, liner notes, or any other supplementary materials.

Spotify Links

In addition to uploading audio files, you can add tracks to your library by pasting a Spotify track URL. These tracks can then be used in playlists, offers, and campaigns.
