Choose the link that fits what you want listeners to do:
- Release link: give fans one page with links to the places they can listen to a track, plus your website.
- Playlist link or offer: share a DropTrack playlist, with the listening, download, signup, and feedback options you choose.

Create a Release Link
- Go to Promotion > Tracks and open your track's Promote tab.
- In Share this release, choose Create release link.
- Check the links DropTrack has filled in. For a new release link, saved Spotify or SoundCloud links are added when available. Add any other links yourself.
- Use Add more streaming services to add other listed platforms, including Beatport and Bandcamp. For a service that is not listed, choose Add another service and enter its Service name and Link, such as your own store.
- Update the website shown across your DropTrack pages and add a release date if you want, then choose Save release link.
- Choose Preview page to check the public page, then Copy link to share the shorter DropTrack URL.
You can also reach Share this release from Promotion > Release Growth Plan after choosing a track and a goal.
Once a release link exists for a track, fans also see a Listen Everywhere button on that track's public page that takes them straight to it.
Your public release page can also show the social links saved in your DropTrack profile, giving fans more ways to find and follow you.
Update Your Services and Check Engagement
Use Edit services to change the links on an existing release page. Its summary shows page views and listening choices, and Where fans went breaks those choices down by service. A listening choice means someone followed a link; it does not confirm a stream or download on that service.
A release link points to music and pages that already exist. It does not distribute your music to streaming services.
Playlist Links and Offers
Playlist links and offers are shareable shortlinks for your DropTrack playlists. Use them for social posts, direct messages, websites, buy links, and download gates.
Quick Create from Offers
- Go to Promotion > Offers.
- Enter a unique offer link name.
- Choose the playlist for the link.
- Optionally enable Require feedback.
- Click Create Offer.
Create from a Playlist
For more link options, open a playlist and use Create a Playlist Link. From there you can create a unique shortlink and choose whether the link allows downloads, requires signup before download, allows sharing, or requires feedback before download.

- Views - visits to the link
- Activations - signup/download-gate activations
- Plays - track plays from the link
- Downloads - downloads from the link
