Playlist Links (also called Offers) let you create shareable short links for your playlists. Each link has its own tracking, privacy settings, and optional feedback requirements.
Creating a Playlist Link
- Go to Offers in the sidebar.
- Click Create Offer.
- Choose a unique shortlink name. Your link will look like: yourname.droptrack.com/offers/uniquename
- Select a playlist to attach to this link.
- Configure options:
- Enable/disable downloads
- Require feedback before allowing downloads (optional)
- Privacy settings - Toggle social sharing on or off
- Click Save.
Sharing Your Links
Playlist links are perfect for:
- Social media posts and bios
- Website and blog embeds
- Direct messages to contacts
- Print materials (business cards, flyers)
Tracking Engagement
Each playlist link tracks its own analytics:
- Views - How many people visited the link
- Plays - How many times tracks were played
- Downloads - How many times tracks were downloaded
- Unique activations - For download gates, how many new contacts signed up
