Track Versions let you upload multiple versions of the same song (remixes, instrumentals, radio edits, updated mixes) while keeping everything under one track entry with a single, consistent URL.

Why Use Track Versions?

  • Stay organized - All versions of a song live in one place instead of cluttering your library.
  • Share the right version - Set which version is the active (default) version at any time.
  • Preserve your URL - The track URL stays the same no matter which version is active, so links you've already shared keep working.

How to Upload a New Version

  1. Go to Tracks and click on an existing track.
  2. Click Add Version.
  3. Upload the new audio file.
  4. Give the version a label (e.g., "Radio Edit", "Instrumental", "v2 Final Mix").
  5. Click Save.

Setting the Active Version

The active version is what listeners hear when they access your track. To change it:

  1. Open your track and go to the Versions tab.
  2. Click the version you want to make active.
  3. Select Set as Active.

Version Limits by Plan

  • Free - Up to 5 versions per track
  • Pro - Up to 50 versions per track
  • Pro Label - 100+ versions per track
